Can I order coffee through your site?

Yes. Yes, you can.

Do you sell only freshly roasted coffee?

Are you trying to trick me? Do you mean "Is the coffee that we sell freshly roasted", or "Do you sell anything besides freshly roasted coffee"?

All of our coffee is freshly roasted. We don't sell stale bread or expired milk, and CERTAINLY NOT stale coffee. If you have never had freshly roasted coffee before, it's like this: Would you rather have an apple pie fresh out of the oven, or one that was taken out of the freezer and thawed on the kitchen counter for 2 days?

OK. I really meant "Do you sell anything besides freshly roasted coffee." So do you?

In our retail store in Richmond, VA, we sell tea, a variety of coffee drinks (ask for the Plantation Coffee - it's delicious!), and an assortment of snack items. Look soon for shirts and hats online too.

I'm buying 55 pounds of your House Blend for my housekeeping staff. When can I expect it to arrive at my mansion in San Francisco?

First of all, congratulations on your successful career, or winning the lottery, or whatever you did.

Secondly, WE ONLY SHIP FRESHLY ROASTED COFFEE!! Often, we'll ship out an order the day after it was submitted. If there's a delay in your shipment, it's only because you've placed a special order, or because you ordered a mass quantity that we weren't expecting, so didn't roast yet...

Third(ly), we're available for delivery-in-person, and would like to discuss a San Francisco franchise with you!

How can I save on shipping?

That's easy.
Option one is to choose "pick up in store." We'd love to meet you! Plus, we have cool music and games for the kiddies.
If you're not within driving distance though, here's some tips:
1. It costs almost the same to ship 1 pound as it does 2.
2. It cost much less per pound to buy 3 pounds than it does 2.
3. Check this out. Here's a snapshot in time of USPS shipping and handling rates (which is what we use). The figures are based on one pound of great-tasting House Blend.

So really, if you buy 10 pounds of coffee, and buy it one pound at a time, that's a bad idea. If you buy 10 pounds all at one, it's the same as getting 4 FREE POUNDS OF COFFEE!! And then, you'll REALLY be ready for that big presentation at work!
