Our good friends Dan and LD love dark coffee. They always order our House Blend, and recently asked us to roast up a special batch for their Christmas family reunion. We took our House Blend as a base, added some special ingredients, and lovingly roasted it longer and hotter - producing a coffee that is - well, too dark for me, but just perfect for them.
