Since 2004, Blanchard's Coffee Co. has been committed to roasting the very best coffees from around the world with a continuing focus on quality, sustainability and community.

What We Do

Blanchard’s Coffee Co. is devoted to roasting the best coffee possible, for you, your friends and your family with a sustainable, community minded approach. We decided early on that roasting great coffee was what we did best and we should focus solely on that. We don’t make muffins, turkey sandwiches or ice cream cones—there are plenty people out there who are far better at those things than we are. We are perfectly content to get them an awesome, fresh roasted coffee to accompany their delicious creations!

We roast and package coffee to order, from one ounce to five pounds, for cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, grocers, retailers, offices, churches, schools, museums, universities and, of course, regular folks who love a great cup of coffee and take pride in knowing exactly where it was roasted. Not a day goes by at the Blanchard's Coffee Roast Lab that we aren't listening to great music. Though we all have our favorites, we'll give anything a listen. How We Do It

At Blanchard’s Coffee Co. we source the highest quality beans from all of the major growing regions around the world. In our Roast Lab we strive to create roast profiles for each coffee we select that highlight that variety’s best, inherent characteristics.

We strongly believe that coffee roasting requires a thoughtful balance between science, art, observation and intuition. With that in mind, we roast in small batches—no more than sixty pounds at a time—with a hands on approach ensuring each batch’s quality, consistency and attention to the character of the coffee.
  
As an additional commitment to quality and sustainability, Blanchard’s Coffee Co. is a Fair Trade and USDA Organic certified roaster. These certifications add a layer of oversight that ensures cleanliness, quality, sustainable sourcing and production in all of our products—all to fulfill our mission – to give you the best cup of coffee possible.
